We’re delighted to let you know that the Saracen Fire team has got even bigger so we can keep delivering the customer service and expertise that our clients enjoy and expect.
We’d like to give a big welcome to our new staff:
Jacqui joined us in July to help in our Service Department Team. As you know, we pride ourselves on providing a pro-active service where we contact you to organise your maintenance and service appointments. This means you are constantly in control of your fire and safety needs and continually meet your legal, and moral, responsibilities so you may hear from Jacqui soon!
We also have a new engineer who has joined our Fire Technician team. Mitch will be working closely with Mark and the Fire Technician Team and the additional manpower means that we are able to cover even more of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, the West Midlands and the entire UK. Our Engineers are constantly on the road providing a first-class service to our local and national clients.
